I knew how hard it is to suffer from diabetes since both my brother and father already died because of this disease.   Right now my mother is bed –ridden because of diabetes while I battle to stay healthy on a daily basis. I am trying to control my diabetes by exercising a lot and taking some occasional medication.

Next year I am thinking of launching diabetes site for all the research that I have done about diabetes.  You could also read about some of my experience with regards to diabetes.  Another factor that convinces me to launch the blog is to keep abreast of Health Facts that I need to fight the disease.
